- Check that your cell phone has network and that airplane mode is deactivated.
- Restart your cell phone.
- If you still don't receive an SMS, please contact our support team.
Non Swiss number
You'd like to login to eAbsence but you're not receiving any SMS messages?
If you've recently crossed a border or changed service provider, you may be experiencing interruptions.
Are you using a non-Swiss number? Then you can do the following :
- Check that your cell phone has network and that airplane mode is deactivated. If necessary, authorize roaming if you're in Switzerland.
- Restart your cell phone.
- Perform a routing via our SMS eCall gateway partner. We'll explain exactly how it works below, it's very simple.
- If routing doesn't work either, please contact our support team.
eCall SMS Routing Finder
For non-Swiss numbers, the mobile network may not know exactly how to best deliver the SMS. The little eCall tool (SMS gateway) is here to help. You can consult it by clicking on the following link : Routing-Finder.
To find the best route for the SMS, proceed as follows.
- Open eCall Routing-Finder : https://portal.ecall-messaging.com/rf/.
- Enter your phone number, including the international dialling code.
- Enter the code that appears on the page.
- Click on “Start”. (leave the page open and don't close it). Enter the code on the eCall Routing Finder page and click on “Set Route”. This way, your phone will receive all future SMS messages we send via this route.
You will then receive several SMS messages containing different itineraries. These codes are for illustration purposes only. Choose one of the codes you have received on your cell phone.
Enter the code on the eCall routing search page and click on “Set route”. This way, your phone will receive all future SMS messages from us via this route.
