Log in to eAbsence and click on ‘Companies’ in the menu on the left.
Click on your company’s name.
Scroll right to the bottom and click on ‘Company Registration’ in the bottom right-hand corner.
Select ‘Report organization to Suva’ from the menu.
Click on ‘Retrieve from E@syTemp’ to display the organisation details.
Note: If not all fields have been filled in, these must be completed in e@sytemp before registering with Suva.
Now click on ‘Register’.
Now open the menu item ‘Order password to collect the certificate’.
Click the ‘Order password to collect the certificate’ button.
Click ‘OK’ in the pop-up window.
Swissdec will verify the company’s identity (by cross-checking data with SUVA, the authorities and the VAT register) within the next 48 hours.
