In the ‘Settlements and Payments’ section, you can view payments and settlements.
- You can use the search bar at the top of the list of settlements and payments to filter the results or search for a specific case. For example, you can search by name, company, status, absence type, AHV number and similar criteria.
- You can reverse the sort order using the arrows at the top of the table.
- To view the settlement and payment details for an absence or accident, click on the relevant case.
Once you have opened the case, you will see this overview:
- In the ‘Find accident process’ tab, you will find the settlements and any refunds.
- ‘Case details’: Person, accident details, documents, etc.
- Settlements: you can expand the menu.
- Any refunds: you can expand the menu.
- Click the "Back-Arrow" to exit the case.
