If you are looking for information about your company or an employee, you can find it as follows:
1. Click on ‘Companies’ in the left-hand column.
2. Click on the relevant company or use the search bar.
3. On the following page, you will find details about your company:
- Company name
- E@syTemp contract number
- Insured by enovetic-SWICA – Yes or No
- Central Business Register / Commercial Register UID
- Tellco PK contract number (visible only to Tellco PK customers)
- Insured with Tellco PK – Yes or No
- Responsible CM user (visible only to companies insured with enovetic-SWICA)
- KLE activated – Yes or No
- Branches to which you have access.

You can search for employees using their AHV number, e@syTemp-IT, date of birth, name and email address.
If you click on the arrow on the right-hand side, you can grant your employees permission to initiate absence notifications in eplix themselves.
If you click on the ‘Company Registration’ box at the bottom right, you can order the KLE certificate for your company, provided that KLE has already been activated for you by eAbsence Helpdesk team.
