When searching for cases, employees or contracts in eAbsence, it is important that you always click the ‘Search’ button to run the search.
Searching in ‘All Absences’
- In the menu on the left, click on ‘All Absences’
- Enter the desired search parameters in the search bar. You can separate multiple search terms with commas. You can search by surname, first name, AHV number, TMA number, NEO ID, date of birth, etc.
- To start the search, click on ‘Search’.
Filtering in ‘All Absences’
- Click on ‘All Absences’ in the menu on the left
- Open the ‘funnel icon’
- Select the desired filters.
- If you wish to use a filter as the default setting for searches in ‘All Absences’, click on the ‘Save as default’ button.
- ‘Reset filters’ To clear the saved filters, click on ‘Reset filters’.
Searching when creating a new case
In the menu on the left, click on ‘New absences’
- If you have access to multiple contracts, click in the ‘Company’ field and then select the relevant contract. (Otherwise, go straight to step 2.)
- Enter the desired search parameters in the ‘Employee’ search bar. You can separate multiple search terms with commas. You can search by surname, first name, AHV number, TMA number, NEO ID, date of birth, etc.
- To start the search, click on ‘Search’.
- Select the relevant result by clicking on it.
Searching for employees in the ‘Companies’ menu
- On the left-hand side of the menu, click on the ‘Companies’ menu
- Enter the desired search parameters in the search bar. You can separate multiple search terms with commas. You can search by surname, first name, AHV number, TMA number, NEO-ID, date of birth, etc.
To start the search, click on ‘Search’.
Searching for companies in the ‘Companies’ menu (user with access to multiple contracts/companies)
- Click on ‘Companies’ in the menu on the left.
- In the search bar, enter the company name, the easytemp client number or the tellco pk contract number and press the ‘Enter’ key.
- Click on the relevant result to open the company’s details view.
