This page shows everything you, as a user, have entered in eAbsence and everything eAbsence has retrieved from easytemp.
1. In the case details, you will find all the information retrieved from easytemp or created by you as a USER.
2. By opening the ‘Employee Data’ accordeon menu, you can access the details for individual employees
3. Here you will find the SUVA status (Status information), which contains the latest information on the progress of the case with SUVA
4. Under the absence information, you will see the reason for the absence (must always be an accident), the processing status and the type of insurance fund.
5. The accident description includes details of any objects involved (e.g. car accident, fall from a ladder) as well as the location, time and date of the incident, which you have recorded.
1. Any report to SUVA is always classified as an accident (or relapse of an accident).
2. Under 'Date and time accuracy' you can see whether the exact or approximate time of the accident was recorded.
3. Date of the accident and, if recorded, the time further to the right.
4. Detailed incident scene: Location where the accident occurred.
5. If the accident involved an object, the object in question is listed here.
6. In the accident description, the sequence of events and how the accident occurred must be described.
7. If the police were called to the accident, the police report is mentioned under 'A police report exists?'.
8. If other people were involved in the accident, this is indicated under ‘Exist involved persons?’.
9. This section concerns the injured body part(s).
10. This column specifies the part of the body that has been injured.
11. This column specifies the side of the body (left/right).
12. The type of injury describes how the injury occurred.
13. If the accident has caused any further injuries, these are listed under 'Other type of injury'.

1. Who is the healthcare provider for this accident?
2. The name healthcare provider who provided the initial treatment is listed here.
3. This field shows the attending doctor/service provider.
4. The postcode is the location of the doctor’s surgery/hospital of the attending doctor/service provider.
5. The town/city also refers to the address of the attending doctor/service provider.

7. Shows the period of incapacity for work, including the start date and the number of days, in the overview.
8. The 'Valid from' shows the first day of incapacity for work.
9. Next is the ‘Valid until’ date, which is the current last of that incapacity for work.
10. The number of days of incapacity for work, taken from the ‘From’ to ‘To’ dates, appears here.
11. 'Incapacity to work in %' indicates the percentage of incapacity for work for the relevant period.
12. The ‘Created by’ field shows which member of your organisation recorded the period of incapacity for work.
13. This field indicates whether the period of incapacity for work has been modified by another member of your organisation.
14. The ‘Created on’ field shows when the period of incapacity for work was created.
1. 'Comment' Displays any comments entered with "Share information"-button.
2. At 'Created by' you can see who shared the comment/information in the case.
3. 'Created on' indicates when the information was added.
4. If there are documents, it indicates whether documents were uploaded when a new comment was posted via the ‘Share information’ button.
5. Here you will find an overview of the uploaded documents
6. The specific document type is displayed.
7. The document name shows the filename the document had when it was uploaded.
8. ‘Uploaded by’ shows in the overview which member of staff in your organisation uploaded which document.
9. ‘Uploaded on’ shows when the various documents were uploaded.
10. Using the arrow, you can download documents that have already been added or view them briefly by clicking the eye icon.

2. ‘Supported file formats’ shows the file types that can be uploaded.

1. Personal Info is retrieved directly from easytemp or Neo, for Tellco PK customers.
2. First name of the injured person.
3. Surname of the injured person.
4. Social security number, also known as the AHV number, usually begins with 756.

7. The language spoken by the injured person.
8. Date of birth of the injured person.
9. The NEO ID is the contract number of the Tellco PK client with whom the injured person is affiliated.
10. Tellco pk insurance entry: date of entry into Tellco PK insurance is the start date/date of entry into the Tellco PK pension fund.
11. Tellco pk insurance exit: This is the date of departure of the injured person, who is no longer employed by the company that was insured through Tellco PK, and the case is ongoing or has not yet been concluded.
12. The NEO Status shows the current status of the affiliation with Tellco PK.
13. The NEO Category shows the category under which the injured person is insured with Tellco PK.
14. The easytemp ID is your company’s contract number with easytemp.
15. The number of children of the injured person is also displayed here, provided this has been communicated to the company.
16. The Entry date easytemp is the start date of the injured person’s contract with their employer, as retrieved from easytemp.
17. The Exit date easytemp is the end date of the injured person’s contract with their employer, as retrieved from easytemp, or the date on which the injured person is no longer listed in easytemp. .
18. The start of the easytemp mission is the point at which the injured person is registered and billed via easytemp.
19. The actual end of the easytemp mission is the exact date on which the injured person is no longer billed via easytemp.
20. The contact details show the recorded details of the injured person, such as email address, telephone number and mobile number
21. The full address of the injured person appears under ‘Address’.
1. Status information contains details of correspondence with SUVA.
2. The Status is shown here, along with details of the case report submitted to SUVA.
3. The Case number is the number received from eAbsence to identify the case.
4. Insurance Case ID by relapse or in case of an existing accident: if a case is closed but the injured person has new complaints related to this case, a claim number is generated.
5. Under this tab, you can see the status of the accident report to SUVA and its cover.
6. The status of this field indicates that SUVA has received the accident report; it is displayed in dark green and contains a tick for ‘completed’.
7. With this status, the investigation by SUVA has been completed. It is also displayed in dark green and contains a tick for ‘completed’.
8. This confirms that the entitlement to benefits has been assessed by SUVA. It is also displayed in dark green and contains a tick for ‘completed’.
9. The entitlement to benefits has not yet been granted, so this field appears in a lighter shade of green
10. Indicates whether the case has been reactivated; if not, this field also appears in grey
