In the accident process section, you will find all the information relating to the handling of accident claims with SUVA. In this article, we explain what information is displayed in this view.
1. Click on ‘Accident Process’ in the top right-hand corner to open this view; here you will find all the information relating to the handling of the accident claim with SUVA.
2. The name of the injured person
3. The injured person’s AHV number
4. SUVA claim number, beginning with ‘Insurance- …’
5. Last synchronisation: When this case was last synchronised with SUVA.
6. Information received: Information you have received from SUVA regarding this case, for example daily allowance statements.
7. Information sent: All details you have submitted to SUVA, such as case details, deployment contract, time sheets, etc.
8. Information required by SUVA: This lists the information you need to submit to SUVA, e.g. additional insurers or return to work.
9. Here you can synchronise the case with SUVA.
Select the part of the accident proceedings you wish to view.

1. Under ‘Sent information’, you can see all the options for what you can submit to SUVA retrospectively and what you have already submitted.
2. You can enter further periods of incapacity for work if necessary.
3. Add to the accident description if necessary.
4. Enter and submit details of additional service providers.
5. Details and information regarding the assignment contract can be entered here, retrieved from easytemp and submitted.
6. Enter and submit wage data.
7. Enter the date of return to work and submit it to SUVA.
8. Submit the attachments you have entered under ‘Case details’ to SUVA, and retrieve and submit the timesheets and the assignment contract from easytemp.
9. Additional employers: inform SUVA if the injured person has more than one employer.
10. Payee: Inform SUVA to whom the daily allowances are to be paid (company or individual)
11. Special cover: Enter details regarding special cover.
12. Is the injured person on short-time working?
13. Reporting a short absence: Enter short absence.
14. Updating personal data: Retrieve and submit personal data from easytemp.
15. Special code: Code assigned by SUVA.
16. Additional insurer: Indicate whether an additional insurer applies and, if so, what type of additional insurer.
17. Process check: Change identity, company / insurance institution.

2. Information regarding SUVA: Details provided by the insured person that SUVA has received.
3. Insured person’s daily allowance rate: The daily allowance rate can be viewed here.
4. Cross-channel link.
5. Statements: Statements from SUVA, ready for transfer to e@syTemp. View statements.
6. Repayment: Claims from SUVA where an overpayment has been made.

2. Messages accordion menu: View messages from SUVA and send messages to SUVA.
If you select all three buttons (1–3), the three sections will appear one below the other, allowing you to access everything directly. If you’d prefer a clearer layout, select the desired section as described in the previous illustrations: (1) Sent messages, (2) Received messages and (3) Messages.
1. In the ‘Sent Information’ section, you will sometimes see green lines on the left-hand side of one or more accordion menu items (2).
2. An accordion menu item with a green line on the left-hand side indicates that action is required on your part and that SUVA needs the relevant information or data.
1. In the ‘Sent Information’ section, you will sometimes see yellow lines on the right-hand side of one or more accordion menu items (2).
2. An accordion menu item with a yellow line on the right-hand side indicates that a change or addition has been made to that menu item but has not yet been submitted.
1. + 2. Once you have made the changes or added the information, tick the box to the right of the relevant menu.
3. Click on ‘Submit’ in the bottom right-hand corner.
